A modern blue cheese with a classic flavour. Made near Inglewhite, in Lancashire, this distinctive orange cheese has a good blue flavour and a soft, silky texture. It is named after a group of tall chestnut trees at the farm, which looks just like a bunch of tall black sticks in winter!
