Colston Bassett Stilton (200g)

There is a reason why stilton is known as the 'King of English Cheeses'.... just try Colston Bassett and you will understand. A good Stilton is slightly crumbly in texture, the taste starts as creamy and then develops a tangy blue flavour on the palate. Colston Bassett is one of the smaller creameries producing stilton, and we like theirs because the curds are hand ladled so that the flavour is light and creamy.  Just a delight to nibble.
