Appleby's Cheshire (200g)

Crumbly, salty and very delicious.

Cheshire is one of the oldest cheeses in Britain, reputedly being sold in the markets of Rome when we were part of the empire. Appleby's is one of the few remaining farms that make their cheese in the traditional cloth bound truckle, and are now on their 4th generation of making this cheese with the milk from their own herd.

One of our founding partners believes that this is the best cheese in the World! (and he is right!- Graham)
