Black Bomber (200g)

We had to go out and find this cheese shortly after we opened our first shop because so many people asked for it, and we are very glad we did. It is a mature cheddar with a good bite and a full flavour wrapped in black wax. Made in the Snowdonia creamery in North Wales.
