Cornish Yarg (200g)

Moist fresh and slightly crumbly with a herby taste that is at least partly created by the nettle leaves that are used to wrap the cheese. Based on an old cheese recipe it has been revived in recent years and named after its makers 'Gray' spelled backwards.
