Green's Double Gloucester (200g)

Mr Green of Glastonbury provides us with a really nice farmhouse cheddar.  But he makes a few other cheeses as well,a nd we can't resist the DG.

This is a light orangey colour, smooth creamy with just a little bite at the end.  A refreshing change from the rubbery tasteless stuff that often goes under the same name. We often take chunk home to make a cheese sauce for cauliflower cheese, or mac and cheese...... or pretty much anything that needs a cheese sauce or a a topping to become au gratin.
