Lancashire Creamy (400g)

This is a really traditional, small production cheese. Made by Chris sandham who is a third generation cheese maker, this is the real thing. Soft and creamy with a gentle flavour it is made in exactly the same way as John Joseph Sandham made it in 1929. Sandhams is definitely one of our favourite cheese producers but we can't agree on whether the creamy, crumbly or tasty is the best....... so we just have to keep trying them all.
