Parmegiano Reggiano (200g)

What can we say about this?  A 24-30 month old cheese, it is hard in texture with a very full aroma and flavour. 

You can eat it as it is (curls with champagne is a superb combination and ideal for a nibble as an appetiser) or shave it (over pasta or risotto). Use the rind in soups or do what the italians do and give it to the teething babies to chew on.... much tastier than a rubber dummy.
