Lincolnshire Poacher (200g)

One of our favourite cheeses. 

This is made on a farm in Lincolnshire (no surprises there) and matured for up to two years before we get our mitts on it.

The result is a wonderful cheddar style cheese with a nutty, tangy, complex flavour with lots of depth. Made from the herd of a single farm, unpasteurised and made using traditional artisan methods this is the sort of stuff that makes us glad farmhouse cheeses have been revived in the last few years.
