Roquefort (200g)

Classic French blue cheese. Made with ewes milk it is a moist, strong, complex blue cheese. Actually, when we say blue we are stretching the truth a little as it is often slighty green... maybe its not made in France really, but arrives in lumps from the moon which is (reputedly) made of green cheese?

Anyway, it has a lovely sharp taste which is unique and very enjoyable.
