Green's Goat Cheddar (200g)

This cheese is made with goats milk in large 20kg truckles, and is cloth bound for ripening.  The result is a cheddar texture, with a cheddar-y start and a creamy, goaty end.  Its lovely, and a real treat if you like goat's cheese but expect it all to be soft and young like a chevre log.
