Made in the heart of Devon by the Ticklemore team who have been pioneering the revival of artisan cheese since the 1970s...so good chaps! This is made with the unpasteurised milk from thier own herd - a true artisan cheese.

The cheese is firm in texture and has a surprisingly creamy start before the goats and blue flavours follow through with a symphony of complex flavours.

A fabulous cheese with some fresh fruit or celery to serve as a cheese course.
