Ardrahan Cheese (200g Cut)

A bit like Stinking Bishop but without the celeb price tag.

This is a rind washed cheese with an amazing range of flavours - flowers, mushrooms and citrus notes. The texture varies and can be firm in the centre and soft or runny under the rind.

It retains its stength when cooked and is wonderful when used in bakey spuds or dauphinoise.
