Pave D’Affinois (150g)

Silky soft, this is a decadent double cream cheese with a texture like a brie or a camembert. It is lower pungency than some of our other French cheeses, and it is butteriest tasting cheese I have ever tried. In fact, its so buttery that the advertising bod who came up with 'i can't believe not butter' would be completely confounded by it.

Square in shape and at 150g this is a good selection to add variety to a cheeseboard.
