Vampires Doom

Ok, you could just hold up a cross or carry a flask of holy water, but where's the fun in that? If you eat this there is enough garlic in it to keep a crowd of the pointy toothed demons at bay. 

Made with Sandhams Crumbly Lancashire and a generous helping of garlic and fresh parsley its a good nibble on its own, but it also cooks well on toast or in a cheesey, garlicky sauce.
