Orders to one specific address up to £50.00 have a £4.95 delivery charge.

Orders to one specific address over £50.00 are sent free of charge.

These charges relate to single Mainland UK only - for carriage charges to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Overseas please contact us for specific and weight dependent charges.

We can only deliver cheeses throughout the UK but can send our other products to other countries.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. If we are unable to despatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.

Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays by next day courier service (so you will receive your parcel on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm, depending on when you place your order. (If you have a preferred day then please state this when you check out).

All cheeses are wrapped in ice packs and are insulated within cardboard boxes.

Someone must be available to sign for the goods on delivery. Please provide a telephone contact number as the courier requires this.

If this is a problem why not have your delivery sent to a neighbour, relative, friend or your place of work. If you are sending cheese as a gift then please ensure that there will be someone available to accept the delivery.

December is a very busy period for The Cheese Place; please order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
